Konfederasi Bola Sepak Asia (AFC) menetapkan 8 Jun 2017 sebagai tarikh baru perlawanan kelayakan Piala Asia 2019 antara Malaysia dan Korea Utara.<\/p>\n
Dalam kenyataan hari ini AFC menetapkan supaya Korea Utara mencadangkan gelanggang berkecuali untuk perlawanan tersebut sebelum 14 April.<\/p>\n
Sekiranya gagal berbuat demikian, badan induk bola sepak Asia itu akan membuat keputusan dalam menentukan lokasi baru bagi perlawanan kelayakan terbabit.<\/p>\n
Terdahulu, pertemuan antara Malaysia dijadualkan berlangsung pada 28 Mac ini di Pyongyang, Korea Utara, tetapi ia ditangguhkan atas faktor keselamatan.<\/p>\n
Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM) sebelum ini memohon kepada AFC untuk mengadakan perlawanan berkenaan di gelanggang berkecuali.<\/p>\n
Ia berikutan wujudnya ketegangan diplomatik antara kerajaan Malaysia dan Korea Utara selepas kes pembunuhan Kim Jong-nam, abang kepada pemimpin tertinggi Korea Utara, Kim Jong-un, di Lapangan Terbang KL 2 (klia2) pada 13 Februari lalu.<\/p>\n
